Photography By Christos, Our Process
You like our work and you want more information. So you
ask yourself,
'What is the next step?"
First of all, we ask of you to spend some time on our website and our
Weblog. We update
our blog often with
News and Events including all
announcements.
We also update or website often with new
photos and stories and articles that may
interest our clients. We are more than "photographers that just show up." We want
you to be educated about our profession and trends in Wedding, Christening and Sweet Sixteen photography. Look
at all the pages, contact us regarding our
packages, read about the
photographer,
Christos and his
philosophy regarding photography. review our
photography galleries. Show your friends and family our website as well.
Second, call or
email Christos as Christos handles all the bookings
and will be able to confirm if your date is available. If your date is available
the following will occur:
1. An Introduction Meeting will be scheduled, plan on 60 minutes. At this
time, we will start getting to know each other and you can review my portfolio. This is a time
to meet and get to know the photographer that you might be sharing your wedding day. We
will go over studio policies and procedures, but mostly get to know you better.
2. If you decide to select Photography by Christos as your photographer, we will
place you on our official photography schedule upon receipt of your retainer and
send out written booking confirmation and contract information.
3. Engagement Sessions if included or purchased will be scheduled. Proofs will be back usually within one
to 2 weeks. If you wish, images will be made ready for a newspaper
announcement.
4. Pre-Wedding meeting will be scheduled. At this working meeting, we will develop
a shot list; although we don't often go by a shot list we do encourage you
to provide us with the "must have" shots. We will then
build a timeline and together map out the photography
plan for your wedding. This is very important and allows
us to make sure we get the photos you want.
5. On the day of your wedding, we will arrive at our prearranged time and work as a team
to capture the joy and celebration of this special day from beginning to end.
6. Proofs will be posted online after your wedding usually within three weeks and you can select your prints
as well as giving your friends and family the ability to order directly from the
Internet with no hassle to you!
7. High Resolution CD and Prints as your package states will be delivered to
your address. Photo albums and coffee table books will also be sent after publishing.
You should expect delivery of your albums in about 12 weeks after final design confirmation.
The entire process is rewarding and hassle free for our Brides and Grooms. We
will help you each step of the way. I look forward to you calling or emailing
